The results of combining chiropractic care with rehabilitative exercises is far greater than either of them applied separately. It is like practicing piano between lessons. The more you practice the better you will do.

Deep Tissue and Myofascial Techniques

Myofascial deep tissue therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress. It also improves the functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems, and may improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury and illness.

Two highly successful techniques utilized in our office are Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, IASTM (Graston Technique) and Active Release Techniques. .
